By using PixPipe (pixpipe.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

PixPipe is a free, browser-based image processing toolkit that provides:

AI watermark removal (currently optimized for Gemini watermarks)
AI image upscaling (using Real-ESRGAN model)
Image compression and format conversion
EXIF metadata stripping
Social media resizing with platform presets
AI image detection

All processing happens locally on your device. We do not store, transmit, or access your images.

User Responsibilities

When using PixPipe, you agree that:

You own or have authorization to process the images you use with our service
You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the service
You will not use automated tools to scrape or access the service in bulk

Intellectual Property

The PixPipe website, design, code, and branding are the property of PixPipe. Images processed through our service remain yours — we do not claim any rights over your input or output.

Output Quality

Image processing results may vary depending on input quality, image dimensions, and browser capabilities. Watermark removal is optimized for specific watermark patterns and may not work for all watermark types. AI upscaling results depend on the characteristics of the source image.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Processing results will meet your specific requirements
The service will be compatible with all browsers or devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixPipe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Advertising

PixPipe is a free, ad-supported service. We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Advertisements do not affect image processing functionality. For details about advertising and privacy, see our Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
